Favourites

Mojito

Havana is the birthplace of the Mojito, although the exact origin of this classic cocktail is the subject of debate. One story traces the Mojito to a similar 16th century drink known as "El Draque", after Francis Drake.

A classic combination of freshly squeezed lime, mint, soda, sugar and white rum.

Long Island Iced Tea

The 1970s credit for this potent and alluring concoction goes to Robert Butt, a bartender from Long Island.

A powerful blend of vodka, triple sec, gin, white rum and tequila, all shaken with fresh lime and topped up with cola.

Blueberry Daiquiri

An American engineer named Jennings Cox invented the Daiquiri recipe in 1902.

White rum, blueberry syrup, strawberry purée and a squeeze of fresh lime, all shaken and served in a traditional margarita glass with a sugared rim.

Ameretto Sour

Sours belong to one of the old families of original cocktails.

A silky smooth fusion of amaretto, egg white, sugar and fresh lemon juice all shaken and served short.

Elderflower Cooler

The refreshing cocktail comes to you from Prohibition in New York City.

A large measure of gin, elderflower syrup, soda, fresh cucumber and mint, served over crushed ice.

Strawberry & Lime Collins

The recipe for the Tom Collins first appeared in the 1876 edition of Jerry Thomas' "The Bartender's Guide".

The blend of gin, strawberry purée, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar syrup and Chambord black raspberry liqueur all shaken over ice.

Bramble

Banoffee Pie

Banoffee pie is an English dessert made from bananas, cream and toffee. This was the influence behind our Bentleys unique Banoffee cocktail.

A blend of vodka, banana puree, toffee syrup, crème de banana and milk all shaken over ice.

Sex on the Beach

The earliest known invention of the cocktail whose name dates back to 1987 in Florida, USA.

A blend of vodka, peach schnapps, orange juice and cranberry juice shaken over ice.

Very Berry

Raspberry vodka, vodka, strawberry syrup, freshly squeezed lime and cranberry juice shaken over ice and served in a tall sling glass, topped with wild berry vodka poured over crushed ice.

Espresso Martini

Created by Dick Bradsel in 1984. When a famous model came into Fred’s bar, and crassly asked him to make her a drink that would “wake me up, and then f*** me up”.

A creamy mix of vodka, Kahlua, vanilla syrup and espresso, all shaken over ice. Served in a coupe glass and finished with fresh coffee beans.

White Russian

The drink is not Russian in origin, but is so named  because vodka is the primary ingredient.

It’s a blend of vodka, Kahlua and milk all shaken over ice.

Cosmopolitan

This cocktail gained huge popularity in the 90’s due to its frequent mention on the TV series Sex and the City.

A blend of vodka, triple sec orange liqueur, cranberry juice and freshly squeezed lime juice all shaken with ice and strained into a coupe glass.

Cocktails

Perfect Storm

The British Navy first brought ginger beer to the Caribbean as a cure for seasickness. It didn’t take much time for rum and ginger beer to be combined to create this classic!

A mix of fiery ginger beer and freshly squeezed lime, topped with a large measure of Kraken black spiced rum, poured through a crushed ice top.

June Bug

A great 80’s icon the June Bug. It doesn’t get more tropical than this!

A long tropical mix of coconut rum, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, banana purée and freshly squeezed lime.

Porn Star

This modern classic was first concocted by Douglas Ankrah at Lab Academy in London’s Soho in the 1990s.

A frothy pink concoction of white rum, coconut rum, strawberry syrup and pineapple juice shaken over ice.

Pina Colada

First made in Puerto Rico back in 1952, with this cocktail in your hand all you’ll be missing is the sand between your toes.

A blend of white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream, shaken over ice.

Strawberry Daiquiri

A classic cocktail that originated in Cuba and has since become a favourite across the world.

White rum, strawberry purée, strawberry syrup and a squeeze of fresh lime, all shaken and served in a traditional margarita glass with a sugared rim.
