The Bramble was created in 1984 by Dick Bradsell at Fred’s
Club in London’s Soho.

The earliest known invention of this cocktail dates back to 1987 in Florida, USA.

Raspberry Bon Bon
The name bonbon being used for sweets arose from
the reduplication of the word bon, meaning ‘good’

This modern classic was first concocted by Douglas Ankrah at Lab Academy in London’s Soho in the 1990s.

We decided to make a small change to this classic.

Named after an early 1900’s hop store building at St. James’s Gate where hops are still stored, Hop House 13 is a double-hopped lager made with Irish barley and aromatic hops and continues the 256 years of heritage and brewing excellence.

H. Weston & Sons Limited (“Weston’s Cider”) is produced in Much Marcle, Herefordshire, England. They have been making cider in the same place since 1878. Stowford Press is a sparkling, medium dry cider, which has built its popularity on its premium taste and quality and is enjoyed worldwide.
This intensely crisp and refreshing lager has an unmistakable touch of Italian style and is brewed in Italy to the original recipe conceived in 1963.
St. Louis, USA
Introduced in 1876 by Adolphus Busch, who left Germany for St. Louis, United States in 1857. Budweiser has a slightly hoppy taste, a touch of bitterness, some sweetness, and a clean, crisp finish.
Guinness is a popular Irish dry stout that originated in the brewery of Arthur Guinness at St. James’s Gate, Dublin. A feature of the product is the burnt flavour that is derived from roasted unmalted barley, although this is a relatively modern development, not becoming part of the grist until the mid-20th century.
