Long Island Ice tea

The 1970s credit for this potent and alluring concoction
goes to Robert Butt, a bartender from Long Island.

A powerful blend of Russian Standard vodka, triple sec,
Larios gin, Bacardi Carta Blanca rum and Olmeca Tequila Blanca, all shaken with fresh lime and topped up with cola.

Raspberry Bon Bon

The name bonbon being used for sweets arose from
the reduplication of the word bon, meaning ‘good’
in French.

Pornstar Martini

This modern classic was first concocted by Douglas Ankrah at Lab Academy in London’s Soho in the 1990s.

Classic Mojito

Havana is the birthplace of the Mojito, although the exact origin of this classic cocktail is the subject of debate. One story traces the Mojito to a similar 16th century drink known as “El Draque”, after Francis Drake.

A classic combination of freshly squeezed lime, mint, soda, sugar and Bacardi Carta Blanca rum.

Gin Genie

Originally created by Master bartender Wayne Collins’s its name comes from the David Bowie song “The Jean Genie’’.

Espresso Martini

Created by Dick Bradsel in 1984. When a famous model came into Fred’s bar, and crassly asked him to make her a drink that would “wake me up, and then f*** me up”.

A creamy mix of Russian Standard vodka, Kahlua, vanilla syrup and espresso, all shaken over ice. Served in a martini style glass and finished with a light sprinkling of chocolate.

For such a popular and well known cocktail the Woo Woo’s origins remain somewhat of a mystery.

We decided to make a small change to this classic.
A combination of Russian Standard vodka, Blueberry Schnapps, fresh lime and cranberry juice all shaken and served long.
